De presentations of the items 2., 3., 5. en 7 have been attached to this minutes.

An additional attachment is a detailed list of the items which has been put under the attention of EASA by the European Forum (see item 5 of the agenda).

The workshop (item 7. of the agenda) resulted in the following items:
-     The Board was founded because of the  EASA Part 145, in particular AMC 145.A.30(f), without this regulations, the Board most probably would never have been founded
-     On the other hand, the existence of the Board really has an added value, mainly in the field of networking and harmonization (both national and European)
-     Non Destructive testing within the Aerospace Business is a specialism which is very important, directly linked with safety
-     Until now, the activities of the Board have been concentrated on the fulfillment of the already mentioned EASA requirements
-     An area which needs more attention is information management. There already is a website, but not too many people are aware of its exsistence.
-     Also the authorities agree that they can play a role to inform the stakeholders about the existence of the Board, e.g. by highlighting this at audits
-     It might be a good idea to organize regular meetings (e.g. once a year) with all L3’s in the Netherlands
-     Also direct contact with OEM’s and/or other specialists might be an opportunity

The Board will take these suggestions into consideration and agrees that they really have certain obligation to promote the importance of NDT within the Aerospace Business.

The chairman thanks everybody for their useful contribution and closes this very valuable meeting.
